At WheatBagHeaven, we're committed to delivering your handmade wheat bags safely and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and our returns policy.

UK Shipping

Delivery Options

Free Standard UK Only Delivery (3-5 business days)
Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £6.95

Processing Time

As each wheat bag is handmade to order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Tracked Delivery

All orders are sent via tracked courier services (Royal Mail or courier) so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

International Shipping

European Union: £12.95 (5-7 business days)
Rest of World: £27.95 (7-14 business days)

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your WheatBagHeaven product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs or replacement.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Must be in original packaging
• Must include proof of purchase
• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been heated or used.

How to Return

1. Contact us at hdrinfusions@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll provide return instructions and address
3. Pack item securely in original packaging
4. Send via tracked postal service (customer pays return postage)
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect every wheat bag before dispatch, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
• Return postage will be covered by us

Order Issues

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We'll track your parcel and resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange collection and send the correct item at no cost to you.

Gift Orders

Sending a wheat bag as a gift? We can include a gift message and send directly to the recipient. Just add a note at checkout. Gift receipts (without prices) are available on request.

For bulk orders, corporate gifts, or custom wheat bags, please contact us for special shipping rates and lead times.
